Recently my husband and I went in, as we have plenty of times, but this time we were double charged for a transaction 2 days prior. As we confronted them, they simply just didn't have such transaction history, so the blame was placed on our bank. As if they would've decided as a bank to take extra money under the transaction name "Upferno or G's Smoke and Vape." Watch your transactions with them, if you get double charged days later, call your bank and claim it as FRAUD if you want your money back!!

We used to love this shop, but recently we had a double charge on our bank statement from their new system. They called them and they denied it stating the wrong days it even went through. They then said is was the banks fault... We went to the bank and were told that the company definitely filed a double charge. Now we are going to have to wait over 7days for our money to get back that we cant afford not to have. No compinsation offered even though they are at fault. We wont be back and warn anyone else using a credit card ... read more
