Absolutely beautiful desk. Build quality and finish is 5 star. The customer service was excellent also. I had a few questions and they assisted in my enquiries swiftly and professionally. I can highly recommend.
No complains on the desk and the support service. The desk is very sturdy and very pleasant to work on. Only downside to the whole experience is not having option to get the desk delivered to room. 180cm hardwood desk is not easy to carry from ground to 4th floor.

Makayla provides exceptional pre and post sales support. My desk was a custom size which they were happy to provide at a very competitive price. Wait time was excellent, delivery was superb but assembly sucked. It took hours and the lack of predilled holes made it unnecessarily harder. Very happy with the end result though as I can now have 3x32" monitors.
The build quality of these desks is phenomenal, heavy steel with high quality fasteners. Makayla from UpDown Desks took excellent care of my order with communication throughout the purchase process. Highly recommend!
