I have worked with UMMC over the last 15 years for my business and personal. They provide excellent pre and post tax services and respond quickly to my tax needs. They have also provided excellent tax consultation.
They quoted me between 800-1000 to do my taxes, which included part year returns. Poor communication, poor quality of work, and slow turnaround time forced me to spend another $200 on turbo tax. Not surprisingly, I ended up doing the Taxes myself. Turbo tax did a better job. Think about that — they charged me a thousand dollars for work that was done better by TurboTax. They were kind, quick and efficient.
Charged over $300 for 4 1099's Didn't even mail. Tried to overcharge for doing the rest. be careful.
