All the staff are amazing, compassionate and professional. Initially, it was extremely challenging looking for a place to accomodate my Mum. Fortunately I came across residential care at Melrose Lodge in Pendle Hill and spoke to Sue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home which provides quality care, excellent meals, lots of activities and many new friendships.
Looking for home care for Mum has been a challenge. We have found the caring attitude, flexibility, professionalism, cost effective services UPA Sydney have provided with Mums aged care amazing. Always in contact, Mum is happy and we feel very secure knowing that Mum is being looked after.
