They are always so kind snd helpful. Even through the computer transition they were very helpful. As frustrating as that transition must have been they continued to smile and push through. Great job!!

I adore the ST Ignace branch. The Cedarville branch is RIDICULOUS id rather make the drive to st ignace. I opened my account recently and wasn't informed on the overdraft policy when it kicks in or the p2p thing takes days to go through. When I went into the branch to ask very need to know questions I was met with a snobby woman who acted like I was beneath her.
