We recently moved to the area and they have been wonderful to work with in getting all of our bank accounts set up and transferred over. Excellent customer service every time we are there.
It is one thing to forget to tell a customer about something, that disappoints them, when they show up.... it is another thing to lie and say you called them several times, but not even guess the correct phone #, then talk to branch manager, to follow up on it... then Realize she also lied and never followed through with a partial refund they promised. They have my # now I just wrote a not so good review, for other members to see.
