They did not have what they said they had and didn't do what they said they could do, they made us feel like idiots and I feel like trash now so thx for Nothing plus they were rude about it saying that they didn't say things when they did say it on the phone call with them and that they Supposedly don't promiss things
U.P. Sport and Spoke is an unmatched bike shop. Their team is so personable and friendly anytime you step into the shop. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and I trust them with all of my bikes when it comes to pre-race maintenance. Their team always goes above and beyond to make sure you are being helped and are satisfied with your experience. I absolutely refer everyone to sport and spoke for all their outdoor and biking needs! Love you guys, thank you for all that you do and bring to the community.

Rented a MTB (mountain bike) from them. They are wonderful and went over and beyond to help me out. Bike was in excellent condition and Andy got me all set up. All staff were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to get me to the on the right trails. That kind of community is rare. When I decide to buy, I will absolutely go through them! Can't recommend enough!!
