Staff is awesome, and the prices are right
My wife was there yesterday to pick up some Montecristo Club cigars. She bought a package of 20. When she arrived home and removed them from the bag she discovered that the box had already been opened and was missing 10 cigars. I called the store and spoke to Heed. He was very apologetic, and immediately offered to make good on the missing 10 cigars. an honest mistake. But Thanks Heed, great service and I highly recommend this store as a go to tobacconist. 👍
This place has everything you need, not only are the cigars amazing. The staff is absolutely amazing, I always leave with a smile on my face. You guys are so friendly, helpful, I went in today Oct13th/2024. The guy who was working day shift is my absolute favourite, I need to get his name. You guys truly deserve more than 5 stars :)

I do not understand WHY they can't fix their humidors. The cigars are consistently dried out/ruined. I'm out easily several hundreds of dollars having to toss them in the garbage. As well, they lack knowledge in all their products line. Pathetic. Don't pretend you know how to run a business. You don't.
