I bought a new pair of Hokas and Amy from Troy was so so patient with me and showed me a bunch of different shoes and let me try them out and take my time with my decision! It was a great experience and I am so happy with my new shoes!! Thanks!!

10/10 would recommend shopping here. Tonight I purchased some shoes with Annette and she was very helpful. She even recommended an insert for a problem I mentioned I was having with how my shoes consistently wear. I'm also a terrible shopper, I hate doing it - and I was incredibly happy about the painless experience I had there. I was able to get in and out on a Monday night, no problem.
Poor customer service. I came in to get fitted and they told me to sit on a bench and wait. I waited 10 minutes, and then they went to a different customer. When I got up to leave, she told me I would be next but she had no idea how long it would be. She admitted that Saturday’s are like this...if you know that, then why are you not staffed appropriately on a Saturday? If I’m spending $130 on shoes, I expect someone to take a minute with me and look at my needs.
We love coming for our shoe needs! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable!

I bought some running shoes on sale a month ago and was told the sale was final and I said I understood. After wearing the shoes twice I realized that they were giving me blisters and were just too uncomfortable to wear. I took them back today thinking there was probably nothing they would do. To my surprise, they offered to replace the shoes with new ones that are much more comfortable for just the difference in price, which was $8. Thanks, Up And Running, for the great service.
