Staff were helpful and polite throughout the time consuming process. Pleasant environment and location.
I am a new client of UOB and arrived at this branch at almost 4pm to complete a TT. Although it was their closing time, Syafikah was extremely helpful in assisting with my request and I left the branch not only with my TT completed, but also very impressed with the professionalism of the team. Keep up the great work.
Arif was very helpful and the bank tellers were all great and helpful too.
Very friendly and helpful staffs especially Nur Arif Haflan and the other Chinese lady. Patiently helped me to settle my issues. Good experience:)
