I had a disappointing experience at this bank branch when I went to open a bank account. The middle-aged female staff at the counter spoke very loudly, was impatient, and treated me without respect. Her explanation was unclear, so I politely asked her to explain again because I couldn't understand. Instead of clarifying, she asked me, "Have you woken up?"
