Was assisted by Shamala, a very professional Officer who can speak not only English and her other native languages but also mandarin!! That was not all. Her service was 100% what a model bank officer should be. She even assisted to use her own phone to assist me in completing transaction when I had a problem with mine. UOB is fortunate to get such staff in your branch 👍 Location is not bad, NOT crowded too.
Service is 1000/10 tip top, very kind to customer's. Provide me a drinks when i'am not good situation or very³ tired. Officer's are helping me..... Keep it up front end staff ( indian & malay woman)
