My experience with Mrs. V. Shamala was excellent. She handled my issues professionally and maintained a warm smile throughout the entire process. I would also like to especially commend her efforts in learning and using Mandarin. Great service
Very bad services!!!!!!!!!!! Take time go to SouthKey branch to make the service, let me wait for 3 days to proceed, after one week then tell me I didn’t make this services, how come for this services for a bank?????
Very helpful assistance from staff
Was assisted by Shamala, a very professional Officer who can speak not only English and her other native languages but also mandarin!! That was not all. Her service was 100% what a model bank officer should be. She even assisted to use her own phone to assist me in completing transaction when I had a problem with mine. UOB is fortunate to get such staff in your branch 👍 Location is not bad, NOT crowded too.
