Seriously, I am not sure what is happening but to use their ATM machine is such a hassle. Not the first time facing this issue but numerous time. Went to the bank to withdraw money from the ATM machine yesterday unfortunately was unable to do so due to cash reloading. Went to the bank today again and tried not one machine but three machines mentioned transaction decline. My god…. As said it is not the first time we encounter such issue but numerous time.
