THE STAFFS ARE NOT HELPFUL AND RUDE. Is so hard to open a new saving account i.e. asking for documents one after another. I even tried online application - NOT USER FRIENDLY
I had a great experience at the branch. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and patient. I forgot to ask the staff name but saw the tag Mr Tan ( sorry i just remember this) he guided me through everything and made the whole process to open account quick and easy. Highly recommended!
Thumb up to two counter staffs for service excellence helping OKU customer. They are fast, sort out OKU needs and get A to Z solved quickly with high patience! Hope the top management to read this message.
