Visited today for property loan. No officer or any staff seems to attend or help us. Half an hour went through but no helpful advice. So grand of the building but seems like every staff is taking off work around 3pm. Only counter 3 is serving. At this point, I’d rather loan from other banks.
This UOB Branch deserved no star at all due to their poor service. Went in to do some transaction but their Personal Consultant Services (PFC) is keen to service those regular customer. What is the point of taking the Q number when the PFC is only servicing the regulars. Might as well just put a signboard at the front of the door mentioning, they only entertaining regular customers.
