27th May 2026, around 3pm. One of the staff at UOB booth Imago Mall being so rude to me. I want to take HER business card because I was interested to apply for credit card. I just ask HER few quick questions and tell her I'll be back after having my meals because my friends waiting for me already. As I want to take HER business card, SHE quickly pull back HER hand to prevent me from taking it and keeps on forcing me to register with HER. customer service out of the window. slow. no sense of urgency or respect towards other peoples time. boleh boleh buat paper work without being alert ada waiting customer 😵💫
