一句话都不会讲 让顾客等这么久 原本只想要换钱而已 结果去到柜台柜台直说等一下给一张纸等号码 然后打电话说5分钟一下，我问一下 结果让我等到了10分钟去到柜台的时候就说没有散钱好换 你让顾客拜拜，等了一个10分钟 如果你没有，你就找好讲 而不是让我等我可以去其他下一家问有没有 你明知道你们的银行都是在4:00就关门了 做人麻烦做什么？ 那个马来人的在柜台前台 说话的方式也是有问题，希望你们自己好好的培训他 烂 服务态度真的很极差 下次我不会来你这家换钱了 让人很失望 希望你们的行长看到对待这件事情很严厉的谴责 如果下一次还有遇到的问题，我是直接可以举报到你们的国家银行 你们这基本的服务态度都不会，你们干吗？要出来做工。
