My most recent visit to this branch was extremely disappointing. The customer service was disorganised. No queue number was provided, leaving customers confused about who should be served next. The receptionist responsible for managing the queue did not follow up or keep track of the waiting sequence. Customers were left waiting with no updates. Bank counters who seem available did not bother to take initiative to serve customer. Really, it gave the impression that there was no proper system in place to manage customer flow.... read more
