Brought my dad of 85yo to apply for new atm card. Got the q number at 1346hrs. We were told that there were 3 people in front of us. It's 1440hrs now, almost an hour later, and we were not called for yet. There were not many customers in the bank at this hour. There were not many officers in the bank either.
