THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DEALING WITH THIS BANK!! Waited almost 2 hours just to pick up that freaking UOB credit card!! Called UOB customer service for numerous times with the same answer; PICK UP AT THE BRANCH! Arrived with queue number 6003 at the front desk counter and my queue number is 6004 yet WAITED FOR 2 FREAKING HOURS just to get my turn while other arrived later than me already left the premise!!!!
