I have been interested in somatic experiencing and massage and was glad to find Chrissy right here in Stockton! I am slowing making my way through all of Chrissy’s offerings and most recently did a breathwork session with her. It was an incredible experience that mixed breathing and music tailored to my tastes that had me crying, feeling, visualizing, and being present in my body in a way that I have struggled with lately.
