I recently had a regression with Ashley that was very helpful for realizing that I had been holding limiting beliefs that had affected my ability to accomplish my goals. I released a lot of energy that was stuck in my system. I feel more motivated and understanding of myself. I had a session with Ashley to work on a traumatic event. I liked that she was opened and flexible to work on my needs and not just following a useless protocol. We worked exactly on what I was desperately needing. I totally loved the way she managed the session during the hypnotic state. We were sorting out the issue while they were showing up.
