I started going to Unwind in 2019, and aside from periods of travel and living outside Houston, I’ve attended many classes. Laurie has thoughtfully created a studio that has been a place of genuine peace and repose for me and so many others. I found this beautiful studio through ClassPass, and my session was guided by Alice. I did not expect to be so completely immersed in the experience, but I suppose miracles do happen. I should mention that I rarely connect with meditation so easily. Stress from work, daily responsibilities, and the constant noise of life usually keep my mind busy, making it difficult to truly let go and relax.
