I can’t share enough positive things to say about this place, but I’ll try. The staff is friendly and respectful. Any one of the massage therapist there are amazing! Their experience and knowledge is why I continue to visit. I have an active lifestyle outside of work, and their healing hands do wonders to my sore, stiff muscles. Stop looking, this is an amazing therapeutic massage spa. I have had Back surgery and tons of massages. Everywhere from Gaylord, Cottonwood hot springs, Costa Rica, Las Vegas. Nobody compares to the expertise of Carrie she is gifted and talented. Sometimes everyone is in need of deep tissue massage. Absolutely changed my life, please just communicate with her about your pain threshold. She goes deep! I personally recommend Unwind for your all your massages, you won't regret it!

Massage with Stefany was great, however, two days after the massage I received a call from Rebecca that I had a balance after using $110.00 gift card because they’d charged my account $50 for two cancelled appointment’s in July 2024 that my daughter had scheduled me. I understand they say they may charge a cancellation fee, but I was never advised of this when I scheduled & asked the value of my gift card. Nice surprising phone call. Never again at Unwind😞
One of the best massages I have ever had (been getting them in several different states over the last 30 years...100's). I got the deep tissue and Ryan really brought much needed relief! I'll be back! Relaxing atmosphere, professional, and polite. Thank you Unwind Massage Therapy and Spa!
