Jennifer is awesome, I strongly recommend her!! I just moved to the area and I’m very picky about selecting a good deep tissue massage therapist because I tend to store all my stress in the neck, shoulders and back and it has caused me a lot of pain and posture issues over the years. Jen was super friendly and welcoming and really took the time to listen to my needs. I have been in chronic pain for 10 years due to spinal stenosis, herniated discs and arthritis, so it was a real treat to get a deep tissue massage. She hit all the right spots and would check in frequently to make sure the pressure was ok, which I appreciated. I am definitely going back as soon as I can!
