We had a high school girls swim team event at Unwind. We did the 90 minute Sauna and cold plunges. The girls had a blast! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience! Highly recommend.
I always feel like a new person after I leave. The service is always great and the who experience is relaxing. I look forward to coming here every time I'm in the area.

My partner and I booked massages with a private sauna experience after, and had the most relaxing afternoon at Unwind. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, taking great care of of us. The massages helped us both release awful muscle tension (we are toddler parents who get very little/quality sleep these days!) and the sauna was the perfect way to ensure full relaxation!
