Robyn has helped me to understand our energy centres, the chakras. I have regular healings which helps me to understand more about myself and to release things that I need to shift to heal. I attend weekly meditation sessions which are a two hour session. We give healings to one another and learn to feel energy. I would highly recommend Robyn as she has helped me to find my inner power which allows me to work within.
