bought a microsoft. the product key never worked, and they insisted it was my issue, i confirmed with microsoft twice that the product key was invalid. until gone refused to admit it was invalid. stay away.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here. But no more. A package was delivered but likely stolen as we live in the city. Our city doesn’t take reports on lost packages and instructs us to contact the shipper. Untilgone refused to help or assist with the lost package. Emailed me numerous times asking me to ‘check the area’. We have package lockers for a reason in our building. Update: the company emailed me and apologized and refunded my money. So I am changing to 4 stars because they made it right. Ordered a "new" logitech universal case/keyboard and received a used one that is dirty, scratched and doesn't turn on. Box all ripped and the serial number with a marker over it.
