Bernard treated and helped my asthma and ear aches. Lovely person who provides thoughtful care.
Bernard didn't really listen to my concerns. His treatments were expensive and ineffective. My insurance would have reimbursed me for a portion of the charges but Bernard never gave me the necessary paperwork and wouldn't return my calls.
