Love this place!
I won't buy yarn any where else! The customer service is awesome!
What great customer service. I ordered some yarn from them that was out-of-stock at my local shop. They called to make sure it was delivered, as the notifications they received were confusing (one said delivered, one said undeliverable). Really nice to see that kind of tracking and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. I'm bookmarking their site in case I need to order again, as I prefer dealing with reliable businesses like this instead of taking my chances.
These are super nice folk! Tons of great, lovely, and unusual yarn. Knowledgeable sales people who are very friendly and willing to help. They've given me advice-good advice! And when I was looking for a color to go with a project, and I'd bought the other yarn somewhere else, they spent tons of time and effort when I was only going to buy one skein. I can't recommend them highly enough.
