The ATM at their main branch glitched twice. The first time it glitched it did not dispense my cash but it showed in my app that it was that it had been withdrawn which meant I was missing money. I called the next day to get this issue resolved and they put my money back after they alleged they had balanced the machine, so I then came and withdrawn the money. Love this credit union!
I can’t begin to explain how LOUSY this credit union is. It is always something! It takes over a MONTH to get ONE problem “solved” and please believe they will find away to fudge that up too! They talk to you so condescendingly on the phone but when you go to the branch on campus everyone is sitting on their thumbs. If I could give them negative stars I would. The only saving grace they have is the young lady with orange braids 10/10 sweet heart! The rest of them need to find a new profession.
I haven’t lived in New Orleans since 2011 but I love, love UNOFCU. They have great credit card and car loan rates and are always personable and happy to help.
