I lost my money on the payment I sent in for the charming chirpers necklace. It appears that my payment was lost and the necklace was never sent to me. Despite multiple communications with the company nothing could be done to resolve this. I am very disappointed. I want to warn others that doing business through the mail like this is very risky. You have no recourse if your transaction failes...
I was satisfied with Uno All Volta until I called to return a women’s scarf. The customer service person was not friendly. She seemed put off by a Saturday call. However, she described the process and told me that I would have to pay for the full cost of the return. I paid $12 to return a $60 scarf. She also told me that Uno Alla Volta does not offer refunds, but credits to my account. I will not be ordering from Uno Alla Volta.
