I have ordered the past 3 years successfully.... last fall I had to return 2 items. No refund arrived....was told something was wrong with my credit card. Again no refund. My credit card contacted them...Now 4/21/2023..when I called to place an order I was referred to the manager...who has yet to call me back. As soon as I gave my name and the number in the pink rectangle...bingo ...it appears my name is flagged.
When you return an item, it takes 6 weeks after they receive it, to process a return they say. Worst ever customer service....
UPDATE: Uno Alla Volta contacted me to make good on this issue. They apologized for the trouble and refunded me for the purchases. While it took some doing to get a response, they did do the right thing by their customers in the end. --------------------------------- I would suggest that you NOT do business with this company over the holidays. Make sure you really want the item you order. If you return it, at your own expense, you'll wait for your money back. USPS says my return was delivered to them December 14. Five weeks and still no refund. Will never order from them again.
