Worst services ever. “First come first serve” but I was there in person for over 7 hours and in the online line for 2-3 hours, and people who woke up 10-20 minutes before it opened got in the queue before me? Call that fair. I came back from a 9 hour shift from work and came to the campus to hopefully get a parking lot I wanted, but it doesn’t even matter. Consider parking in a local area that has free parking then give a single buck to these guys. Stop demolishing parking lots and replacing them with buildings.
Horrible
Probably one of the worse campus parking departments ever made. Parking options are horrible, overpriced, and permits are oversold so you wont find a space. If you go to a far lot, you might as well park for free downtown at rainforest and take the city bus. Unm shuttle does not run enough to be convenient most days, and is constantly running off schedule, do not rely on them. They take fines very seriously as well because they're straight up greedy.
