The case management office at this hospital does not even deserve one star. Phone calls go unanswered. Lacking basic professionalism and the communication skills that are crucial when working with patients and families during a medical crisis.

rarely write reviews like this, but the Case Management Office at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque has been an astonishing lesson in how not to communicate with families during a medical crisis. Phone calls go unanswered. Promised callbacks from supervisors never come. Place is big but what’s the point if you can’t care for all the ppl I went into the ER and it had at least 50 ppl. The plus was I seen a few nurses checking on patients. But even I was at window 2 and they looked at me and acted like me and my wife were not there went back to laughing and eating their snacks. This was around 12:20am September 29th 2026! My friend has been taken here twice for sezier where he hit his head and they have yet to give him a catscan ???? They dont check on u at all. Ww had to ask for all the help we got which wasn't very much. I do not feel like hus injuries were taken seriously at all. Really sad day.
