I wouldn’t be surprised why this place has 1 star. The staff are totally rude and unprofessional. When you call them, it seems like they’re tired of parents/patients complaining because they would try to fight you, not listen to you and shut down your concerns. The staff here told me that they have received everything they need and my daughter is on the waitlist already and just waiting then someone just called and said no they haven’t and she is not on the waitlist until they receive everything!
