I gave this review a 2 because they answered their phone right away and responded in a very timely manor. I wanted to give a 1 star because it seems like they have zero understanding and flexibility with their cancellation policy. From a business owner, one of the biggest things is to protect your business while remembering that your clients are also human beings. I wanted to use my insurance benefit but they gave me a hard time saying I needed a referral. However, my insurance states I do not need any referral, they're just supposed to bill them. I really wanted to try this place out and it seems they're doing something incorrectly and they aren't willing to figure it out. 😕 I sent screen shots of the website and I wish they were at least willing to communicate with the health insurance company about how to properly bill them without a referral.
