One of the biggest mistakes I made in my life was contacting LaSheral Nance and her office. All I wanted and made very clear was an estimate on my return. After receiving my estimate from LaSheral over the phone I told her I did not want to proceed. She also sent me and emailed asking if I will like to proceed and if I did she needed my bank info for my direct deposit I again asked her not to proceed.
