Dude LeBron James is this even your store? People here are a scam!.... No way to get in contact.
Tried to get in contact with ANYONE regarding simple questions. Tried IG commenting and DM, tried calling both Miami numbers, tried emailing, now trying Facebook. Reading other reviews pretty sure this place is a scam. Don’t spend your money here you’ll never get a response.
RecommendedThe sales associate that explained to me the design of the water fountain in the reflection of the basketball net was absolutely superb and it was an absolute joy to be in this environment there was a music shoot going out on the basketball court that made it so much fun it made me realize how much I love the Winwood walls!

3 emails, 3 calls to the online customer service number 1 phone call to the physical store who told me to call the online customer care number and still no return call/email/communication. I guess no one wants to process an order I’m trying to make. Is this a legitimate business?
Customer Servive so poor! I talked to a sales representative in the store in aventura mall named Kyla and she was extremely rude. I had a phone call and walked out letting my friend pay and she said nasty rude things about me to my friend, other than that she was too saying very disrespectful things to me, when I when in there with nothing but kindness. Will never be coming back if she is there.

Extremely poor customer service. Purchased an item for $120 that was much smaller than the industry standard sizing and it's been extremely difficult trying to get in touch with any customer service rep for an exchange return label. The website is not customer friendly and the return/exchange page states that "One return label will be provided per order" but has NO directions on how to get one.
