RecommendedI ordered some shoes from them, somehow they sent my shoes to the store Ohio. I called the store and they fixed my order then gave me something off.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME EXCHANGE MY SHOES FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL KEEPS COPYING AND PASTING THE SAME EXACT RESPONSE NOT BEING HELPFUL AND KEEPS TELLING ME THEY CANT EXCHANGE SOMETHING THAT IS ON SALE WHEN I CLEARLY STATED NOTHING I BOUGHT WAS ON SALE THAT THE WEBSITE DIDNT INDICATE THE SHOE I BOUGHT WAS A MALE SIZED SHOE SO I JUST NEED A NEW SIZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
REFUND SCAMMERS! Accidently placed an order for store pickup, they cancel, and they email refund info & confirmation - all good. Five minutes later they notify me that I've purchased a gift card instead. I've opened a fraudulent claim w/ my credit card company which should be honored. I didn't purchase a gift card, I have never received a gift card, these guys are thieves like Zadeh Kicks. Charge for cancellations and ship nothing in return. DO NOT BUY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

They do not have a customer service team at all. This Is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have requested to get a orderConfirmation or any sort of update on the order for multiple days and nobody has replied. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible..
Love the court and it’s next to a shoe store .you can’t beat that !
The store has the best selection of tennisshoes. The group of young men and women in the store was very welcoming and friendly. I had one of the best customer service experiences.
