Lisa is amazing!! We have been seeing her for the last 18 years, she is an incredible massage therapist who is not only well qualified but she has the magic touch. I have had two hip replacements (non invasive) and she assisted me to jump back on my horse 5 weeks after surgery. Don’t hesitate in booking in with Lisa, she will become your regular therapist after one visit!!
I was delightfully amazed how gentle but deep her treatment was incorporating cupping and acupressure. My shoulder pain is gone and I feel nurtured in my emotions and energy. Never tried sliding cupping, Now I'm a big fan of cupping thanks to Lisa! 😄 Highly recommend.

Lisa has been my massage therapist for about six years. I cannot speak highly enough about her work. She is so knowledgeable about your body and knows exactly where something needs attention. Her massage is always attentive to your needs, not just a make-you-feel-good general quick fix. The cupping technique she uses is very effective for painful areas. On top of this, Lisa's warm and welcoming personality always makes you feel great. I could not ask for a better massage therapist. Highly recommended!
