I had a fraud situation the night before and my card ended up getting blocked on my account. Called uniwyo at around 7:45 and they were able to get me a new card within 20 minutes! Super respectful and even let me pick out a different card background! Uniwyo is quick and efficient with their services!
We needed to see Amanda for a new car loan. She is amazing. She had a a packet with two different financing options. Extended warranty and gap insurance done in no time. She is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for everything.
Customer service in branch is good. However the company policies and customer service line is not only lacking but VERY bad. I will never do business with UniWyo again. My experience is that they don’t care about customers and have policies that actively show that sentiment.

UniWyo is amazing! Robert and Amanda, along with their team- give the best customer service. Any time I go into the credit union, I am greeted with a friendly smile and greeting. They are totally approachable, which matters! I also love that they support our community in many ways! ♥️
