I really enjoyed working with UniWyo at first, but I don't think I can give them any more business. Their policies and procedures really screwed me over recently. Although what they did was technically legal, it also lacked any degree of understanding or compassion, and they refused to work with me to amend the situation. I thought this credit union was community oriented, but I regretfully was proven wrong. It seems like they are no different than any other financial institution I have worked with.
This location is great and the staff is great, too! Always greeted with a smile!
The Staff and in-person handling is GREAT, however when a system goes down you are SOL. Your card may act up and that usually coincides with a system problem. I got the saft of this problem and couldn't reach a human when Ace fails and simply hangs up with a standardized apology. Is frustrating and the word inconvenience doesn't cover it. Besides that I enjoyed my time with them but recommend somewhere with proper emergency customer support.
I want to thank the person who assisted to me at UNIWYO. They were super professional and super quick got me all the answers I needed was able to make the determination that the dealership didn't do their part and I couldn't have a more positive review. What a great job!. Thank you again for the positive experience and the extremely professional and wonderful customer service. She set up my payments and she was the best! Thank you again for such a positive experience!
