They don’t refund deposits on a timely basis like they stated. Not honest to deal with. We have booked a river cruise with Uniworld cruise because it is one of my husband’s bucket list. He then diagnosed with cancer and sadly we have to cancel our cruise. We canceled in April for the October cruise and was promised refund within a week and still no refund in June for our deposits. We called many times with no success. We have finally to dispute charges with our bank. We will never book Uniworld cruise again.

We did the 7-day European Christmas Market cruise from Vienna to Nuremberg aboard the S.S Beatrice. The ship is both modern and elegant. The stateroom with French balcony was extremely comfortable and well appointed with amenities. The food is incredible and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are both comfortable and pampered.

Paris to Normandy Seine River cruise had both good and bad aspects. The food and meal presentation were above average for the most part. Early in the cruise food quality was better than the latter days. As with most tour cruises, we endured numerous meetings discussing daily itinerary schedule and excursion upgrade options. There was a fraudulent transaction from this company on my credit card, but unfortunately impossible to reach anyone that can help from this organization - tried all the channels and after days of calling reached the call center, but got a generic message. Really unfortunate and definitely would not consider them if ever looking for a cruise, as getting help in troubled times seems impossible.
