Attempted to cash a check here, the bank I’ve been using for 18 years and was refused because I did not have my drivers license with me at the time. I’ve never witnessed such rude unprofessional behavior from a bank employee, gave no options or offered to verify my identity in any other way. He could have asked for many things including account numbers and SS number for verification. Bank anywhere else if possible and you want access to your money.
