Just left this bank, 40 minutes after it closed to the public, because 2 incredible women were determined to fix an unforeseeable problem and have us leave satisfied with their service ON A FRIDAY NIGHT before the weekend. Attempted to cash a check here, the bank I’ve been using for 18 years and was refused because I did not have my drivers license with me at the time. I’ve never witnessed such rude unprofessional behavior from a bank employee, gave no options or offered to verify my identity in any other way. He could have asked for many things including account numbers and SS number for verification. Bank anywhere else if possible and you want access to your money. Wasted 45 minutes of my time because she didn’t think to go over their policies FIRST, before doing all the paperwork. Then when it comes time to sign and the bomb is dropped “we will need your EX husband to sign too in order for you to change your name”….. why didn’t you tell me that 45 minutes ago. He isn’t going to sign!! He is my EX husband. Divorce papers don’t mean anything to this bank. If I have to close accounts after having them for over a decade, I might as well switch banks all together.

Don't trust these univest branches. They charge for monthly statements, and if you deposit cash, they deposit it when they want to. Go to a credit union. They are the best place to trust your money. And Jessica is very rude to people. She needs more training. Always needs to speak with the back office. 😂
