I've been banking with Univest since before they were called Univest. Have never had a problem!
I have been a univest customer for over 20 years, this location is so sales-y it is terrible!! Every time I go I get some speech about something, I can’t just go make a quick deposit without them trying to sell me something. So then I started doing drive thru only and they gave me a speech through the drive thru….Its a shame because it’s the closest one for me but I purposely drive out of my way to avoid them when possible
I’ve been with Univest for almost 7 years, the customer service is genuinely so bad. Like seriously I can’t even talk to them anymore at this point. I’m not even gonna go into too much detail on this review because it would just be way too much but don’t trust this bank. They made me lose like over $100+ this past month because they’re incapable of transferring the total of my checking account that THEY canceled, along with being unable to take my paychecks.
