I have been a univest customer for over 20 years, this location is so sales-y it is terrible!! Every time I go I get some speech about something, I can’t just go make a quick deposit without them trying to sell me something. So then I started doing drive thru only and they gave me a speech through the drive thru….Its a shame because it’s the closest one for me but I purposely drive out of my way to avoid them when possible
I’ve been with Univest for almost 7 years, the customer service is genuinely so bad. Like seriously I can’t even talk to them anymore at this point. I’m not even gonna go into too much detail on this review because it would just be way too much but don’t trust this bank. They made me lose like over $100+ this past month because they’re incapable of transferring the total of my checking account that THEY canceled, along with being unable to take my paychecks. Too many mistakes, utterly pitiful customer service and everything they do is “policy” as opposed to customer service. If a deposited check isn’t from a Univest account no cash back? Then why do I have overdraft protection that basically protects the bank? Why does that same deposit show as “available” immediately on the app so I could go to the ATM and take that cash out, but can’t get that same money from a teller?
