I just wanted to recognize the exceptional service from 2 of your team. The first is Andrea(didn't get her last name) whom I spoke to on the phone from Univest support. She understood my two technical questions and quickly and pleasantly solved the problem. She made it so easy. You don't get that kind of service from most customer support sites. We have been banking with them for almost 30 years. We opened our accounts when we lives in Hatfield and was thrilled when they opened a branch here. We live in Mays Landing so yes, it isn't the most convenient, but 99% of banking is done online. The staff is always so friendly and it is a more personable experience than I have found elsewhere.
Horrible. Charged me an overdraft fee when I didn’t overdraft. Only located in ocean city or PA. Only open during business hours so it’s virtually impossible to visit the bank if you’re not in ocean city.
Rachel was quick and helpful with opening my business account. Everyone was very nice and professional! Would recommend!
Really need a branch to open a branch on the mainland.
