they used to be good. between crappy tellers who have made it so I refuse to go to certain branches to changes in technology that made the app very unreliable, I no longer suggest this bank to anyone. also, book balance and bank balance is never the same; there will be days we KNOW we have money for gas or something but the way the bank does things now, they will DOUBLE my debits until it clears and then we are suddenly out of money or have a NEGATIVE BALANCE. this has happened too many times. only reason we have not changed... read more
