I’ve had a TERRIBLE experience with Universum. My machine was so expensive I financed it with the company and while I was paying it off it gave me issues. My machine was swapped out twice !! And now it does not turn on. The equipment is TERRIBLE. They won’t swap it out because I don’t pay for the $200 monthly warranty. This machine did not even last a full year. I agreed to pay the $300 fee to get a tech out to my business and fix it and I now have been stood up TWICE. Now I have to buy a whole other pos system. They’re sale... read more
