I used Rashid Ismailov for my at home skilled nursing services after my 30 day hospital stay. Rashid called to schedule my initial visit and arrived on time. He introduced himself and evaluated my post-surgical wounds from 2 intestinal surgeries, reviewed his observations, cleaned and redressed my incision and open wounds. He taught me how to clean and redress the wounds on my own. Let me start out by saying I am not easily impressed. especially when it comes to companies who provide a service. Our mother needed a caregiver at the last minute, and after doing much research, I thought that Universum Care was a good choice. Not only was the owner, Rashid, understanding of our urgent need but he was more than accommodating. The caretaker he sent was lovely. Very compassionate caregiver. Tatiana is very loving and attentive. We have also appreciated Rasheed. He has gone above and beyond in times when my dad needed help. I highly recommend this company.

UniversumCare was very good to my family when taking care of our mother. We were given information about this agency by "Place for Mom" and couldn't be happier about their services, stuff and care!
