My daughter is in there and her TV stop working this morning and they have done nothing to fix it or exchange it out. Thier food is nasty and they brought a roll this morning that was old and hard. My brother was in there a couple of years ago and back then it wasn’t bad but it has went down hill

I love this place. They have a lot of the younger generation, it’s not your normal Population but the administrator is doing a fantastic job with keeping the place looking nice very calm atmosphere and the staff are well reversed on how to care for these members.

My family had a positive experience with the staff at University Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The nurses, therapists, and caregivers were compassionate, attentive, and treated our loved one with dignity and respect throughout their stay. The rehabilitation team worked hard to help with recovery goals, and communication with our family was always professional and helpful.
