Its not easy to use the services here for dental work but its why i go here
Just know it will take a long time, depending on which department you need to be seen in. Some specialty departments definitely need some patient care instruction. The students are mostly very conscientious with their work, hence the two stars.
I think I am a patient in the graduate Prosthodontic Clinic, referred by the student dental department. I have had a few appointments and chosen my option to move forward. Now, nothing. A few texts later, I am constantly trying to move to the next step. EXTREME COMMUNICATION problems. I think I will just wait and see what happens now....Yes, I know they are students. I have been a patient here before.
What jerks. Sent me a bill for the full amount of my daughter's checkup before they waited for insurance reimbursement which covered the full amount. From now on I'll just put their bills in the trash assuming they are part of a scam.
Kyle is a kind Dental student. He was very thorough and good at his craft. He will be a great DDS someday.
