I called to check on information only to be told unfortunately I wasn't able to get help with my broken denture. He stated that because my dentures were made in another location that this dental school was unable to fix my broken teeth on my new denture. Makes me believe that he possibly doesn't know what he was speaking about. I am a client of UW Medicine for over 5 years now via the Brain Clinic.
Spoke to urgent care today, wouldn't help me unless I paid off the outstanding.
yOU GIVE gentle care to my adult handicapped daughter, where she had none before. It is a long drive and hard on her to travel and be moved so much but we are grateful that now, after Covid, her dental care is continuing. thank you.
Ok so my experience was great the staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. I originally left a 5 start because it really felt like I was getting great treatment. I came in because my tooth was sensitive to the touch food, air and all of that. I had to come back a few times to get the tooth done. After all the x rays and everything that was done, which seemed excessive but I was positive I was getting the best eyes on my tooth possible.
