My daughter attended this center when it was operated by KinderCare, and our experience was exceptional. Communication was consistent, the teachers were wonderful, and the curriculum kept the children engaged while supporting their development. Unfortunately, our experience changed significantly during the transition to Bright Horizons. Communication became minimal, management made little effort to address parent concerns, and the parent meeting meant to provide answers left us more confused.
